Frequency
Therapy is most beneficial on a weekly basis for continuity of care. Exceptions to weekly sessions include one-off scheduling adjustments and titrating down due to improvements made in therapy when working towards successfully sustaining gains on one’s own. Such exceptions come at the approval and consideration of the therapist in addition to the client. For all other clients wishing to book on an as-needed basis, individual approval will be needed and spots upon request are not guaranteed.
