I offer a depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach to depression that focuses on the root—not just the symptoms. Using EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mind-body integration, we’ll gently untangle what’s holding you down and reconnect you with your inner vitality.
