Healing Your Relationship with Food, Body, and Self
You don’t have to live at war with your body. Whether you’re silently battling bingeing, restriction, overexercising, or obsessive thoughts about food, you deserve support that’s compassionate, skilled, and deeply attuned to your lived experience.
At my practice, I offer eating disorder therapy for adults navigating a complex relationship
At my practice, I offer eating disorder therapy for adults navigating a complex relationship
with food, appearance, control, and shame. I specialize in working with high-achieving
individuals who appear “put together” on the outside—but feel overwhelmed and out of
control inside.
This is a space where your story is safe.
I understand that eating disorders are not about vanity—they are about pain, perfectionism,
trauma, and unmet needs. Whether you’re struggling with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating
disorder, orthorexia, body dysmorphia, or a mix of patterns, you are not alone.
Together, we explore what’s underneath the behaviors and create a path toward
healing—not just symptom reduction, but a true reconnection to your body and your life.
My Approach
I integrate evidence-based modalities with compassionate presence:
EMDR Therapy – For resolving trauma that drives disordered eating
IFS (Internal Family Systems) – To help you relate to your inner critic, perfectionist, and
protector parts without shame
Somatic Experiencing – To reconnect to the body with gentleness and restore nervous
system balance
Psychodynamic Therapy & Attachment Work – To unpack early relational patterns and
develop a more stable sense of self
Nutrition-informed therapy – Collaborating with dietitians when appropriate
Signs You May Be Struggling:
Constant thoughts about food, weight, or body image
Feeling out of control with eating or compulsively restricting
Using food as a way to cope with anxiety, depression, or trauma
Isolation, guilt, or shame around meals or body exposure
History of dieting, body criticism, or perfectionism
Who I Work With

High-achieving professionals and creatives
Individuals in recovery or curious about recovery
Those with co-occurring trauma, anxiety, or identity concerns
LGBTQIA+ affirming care
You Deserve More Than Just “Control”
You deserve peace. Food should nourish, not punish. Your body should be a home, not a
battleground. Therapy is a place to lay down the armor—and begin again.
