Polyamory

Therapy for Polyamory & Consensual Non-Monogamy (CNM)

Love is beautiful

💞 Non-Monogamy

Whether you're solo poly, in an open marriage, exploring relationship anarchy, or navigating a polycule—your relationship style deserves respect, nuance, and clinical support that doesn’t pathologize your identity.

Unfortunately, many people in non-monogamous relationships experience subtle judgment, clinical misunderstanding, or the burden of educating their therapist.

This isn’t that space.
I offer therapy that is affirming, sex-positive, and deeply informed by the complexities of polyamory and CNM.

🔍 Common Themes I Support Clients With:

  • Transitioning from monogamy to consensual non-monogamy

  • Navigating jealousy, trust, and boundaries

  • Polyamorous relationship ruptures and repair

  • Communication across multiple partners and dynamics

  • Emotional regulation and attachment security in CNM

  • Differentiating needs vs. agreements

  • Parenting within polyamorous or open constellations

  • Coming out as poly/CNM to family, friends, or coworkers

  • Trauma, body-based responses, and relational history in non-monogamy

🧠 My Approach to CNM & Polyamorous Therapy

This work is not about “fixing” non-monogamy—it’s about supporting you to practice it in a way that’s aligned, respectful, and sustainable. I bring a trauma-informed lens and deep respect for complexity to every session.

Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and attachment-based therapy, I help clients get to the root of patterns—so that CNM becomes less about reacting and more about conscious connection.

Whether you're struggling with a specific conflict or just want a safe space to process relational life, I’m here to support all of who you are.

🌿 Who This Is For:

  • Individuals exploring or practicing non-monogamy

  • Dyads within a larger polyamorous constellation

  • Anchor partnerships, nesting dynamics, or solo poly clients

  • CNM folks working through trauma, jealousy, rupture, or disconnection

  • Couples transitioning from monogamy and needing tools for repair and recalibration

📦 Ways We Can Work Together:

  • Individual or Relationship Therapy (50-minute sessions)

  • Polyamorous Constellation Therapy – Multiple clients in shared or overlapping dynamics

  • EMDR & Somatic Support for Relational Trauma
