Internal family systems

Go within. find your self.

do you find yourself loving and hating something at the same time? what about experiencing ambivalence about a decision you need to make? trying to commit to something, only to rebound after you committed? internal family systems (IFS) can help you with gaining clarity and focus.

What is internal family systems?

IFS is a profound, evidence-based experience focused on supporting you getting in tune with your “Self”!

This is done by the clinician guiding the client to turn within and notice the various dialogues presenting around any given topic. from there, insight is gained through exploration of how these narratives came to be, how it historically protected you, and how to unburden this pain so that you can trust in your “self”and pave the way to your true path.
