Therapy for Chronic Pain

When pain speaks, we listen—with care, curiosity, and compassion.

🌀 Pain Is Real—And So Is the Story Beneath It

You’ve tried medications, specialists, diets, maybe even alternative healing—and still the pain persists. The fatigue. The flare-ups. The way it’s changed your sense of self, your relationships, and your trust in your own body.

Chronic pain is not “just in your head.”
But it is also more than physical—it lives in your nervous system, your trauma history, and the invisible layers of your lived experience.

🌿 My Approach to Chronic Pain Therapy

I offer a trauma-informed, somatically grounded approach to chronic pain that honors the emotional, neurological, and relational layers of your experience. Using Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and parts-based work, we gently explore:

  • How your body learned to hold pain

  • The survival responses that shaped your nervous system

  • What’s stuck beneath the symptoms—and what wants to shift

We don’t rush, override, or “fix” your pain. We listen to it.
