I bring a trauma-informed, non-pathologizing approach to narcissism. My work is grounded in EMDR, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, and relational psychotherapy. We go beneath the surface to explore core wounds, unmet needs, and the protective parts running the show—without blame or shame.
